Refund policy
We accept returns for unopened products ordered directly through our website for up to 21 days after delivery. For opened products, we accept returns on a case by case basis. All inquiries can be sent to hello@shopbyebug.com. Shipping is non-refundable, with the exception of damaged or otherwise compromised product as a result of manufacturing error.
